Born and raised in South Otago, I've called Kaitangata home for over 30 years. The Clutha District isn't just where I live - it's where my roots are, and it's home.
I'm standing for Council because I care deeply about our communities and believe every voice deserves to be heard and respected. We've seen what's possible through strong, community-led initiatives. Now we need to build on that momentum.
I believe in open, honest, and transparent communication between Council and ratepayers. It's time to rebuild trust, ensure clarity around how our rates are used, and deliver real value for every dollar spent - across the whole district, not just select areas.
Our Balclutha Ward, and the wider Clutha District, deserve committed representation that brings people together, listens, and acts. I'm ready to bring your voice to the decision-making table and work towards a stronger future for all of us.
