I'm 58 years old, and I'm a farmer from Lawrence.
I'm married to Andrea, and we have two adult children, Liam and Paige.
I'm heavily involved in my community, and have a passion for Sports, Heritage and local governance.
I bring real experience, passion, business sense and strong leadership qualities to the table, and with these skills, I'll be a vocal representative for Lawrence/Tuapeka ratepayers and residents alike, to ensure our District moves forward efficiently, and in a sustainable way.
The continual annual rate increases are becoming unsustainable, and I believe Council needs to get back to basics and be more accountable to its ratepayers and residents.
I pledge that I'll work tirelessly; to ensure the rate take is spent efficiently and that Council gets real value for money.
Outside of my family business interests, I have a large and meaningful portfolio of community groups that I am involved in.
