Clutha District Council's focus is on education and encouraging responsible parking behaviour. However, infringement notices may be issued where vehicles are parked illegally or create safety and access issues.

- Schedule 6 of the Land Transport (Motor Vehicle Registration & Licensing) Regulations 2011
