Notification & Schedule of November 2026 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of November 2026 will be as follows:
- Southern Waters Stakeholders Representative Group Meeting: hosted online by Waitaki District Council, Friday 6 November 2026 at 9.00am. A recording will be uploaded to the SW YouTube channel (@SWStakeholderRepGroup) after the meeting.
- Council Workshop: Thursday 12 November at 8.45am.
- Council Meeting: Thursday 12 November at 1.30pm.
- West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 25 November at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui at 10.30am.
- Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 25 November at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence at 3.00pm.
- Council Workshop: Thursday 26 November at 8.45am.
- Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 26 November at 1.30pm.
- Council Meeting: Thursday 26 November following the Risk and Assurance Committee Meeting, to adopt the Annual Report (if required).
- Youth Council Meeting: Monday 30 November commencing at 5.00pm.
Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
