Notification & Schedule of October 2026 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of October 2026 will be as follows:

  • Council Workshop: Thursday 14 October at 8.45am.
  • Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 15 October at 9.30am.
  • Council Meeting: Thursday 15 October at 1.30pm.
  • Youth Council Meeting: Monday 19 October at 5.00pm.
  • Southern Waters Stakeholders Representative Group Meeting: Friday 2 October 2026 at 9.00am. A recording will be uploaded to the SW YouTube channel (@SWStakeholderRepGroup) after the meeting.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

We livestream all Council and Committee meetings for the Clutha District Council that are held in the Council Chambers. You can watch these meetings live or on-demand on our YouTube channel (@cluthadistrictcouncil8457).

Agendas can be viewed at www.cluthadc.govt.nz/agendas or at your local community library at least 2 days prior to the meeting date.
