Notification & Schedule of September 2026 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of September 2026 will be as follows:
- Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 3 September at 9.30am.
- Southern Waters Stakeholders Representative Group Meeting: Friday 4 September 2026 at the Gore District Council Chambers, Bowler Avenue, Gore at 9.00am. A recording will be uploaded to the SW YouTube channel (@SWStakeholderRepGroup) after the meeting.
- Youth Council Meeting: Monday 7 September at 5.00pm.
- Council Workshop: Thursday 10 September at 1.30pm.
- Council Workshop: Thursday 17 September at 8.45am
- Council Meeting: Thursday 17 September at 1.30pm.
- West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 30 September at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui at 10.30am.
- Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 30 September at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence at 3.00pm.
Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
