Public Notice Declaring Road Stopped
Pursuant to Section 342 and the Tenth Schedule, Local Government Act 1974
The Clutha District Council gives notice that a portion of Unformed Legal Road at Akatore Creek Road, has been stopped. The purpose of the proposed road stopping is to legalise/formalise the historic use thereof. It is proposed to stop a total of approximately 3,080m2 of Unformed Legal Road comprised in Survey Office Plan 623420 as follows:
