Notification & Schedule of June 2026 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of June 2026 will be as follows:

• Southern Waters Stakeholders Reference Group: Friday 5 June commencing at 9.00am.
  This meeting will be livestreamed to the Southern Waters Stakeholder Reference Group Youtube channel.
• West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 10 June commencing at 10.30am, at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui.
• Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 10 June commencing at 3.00pm, at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence.
• Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 11 June commencing at 9.30am.
• Council Workshop: Thursday 11 June commencing at 1.30pm.
• Youth Council: Monday 15 June commencing at 5.00pm.
• Council Workshop: Thursday 25 June commencing at 8.45am.
• Council Meeting: Thursday 25 June commencing at 1.30pm.

Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

We livestream all Council and Committee meetings for the Clutha District Council that are held in the Council Chambers. You can watch these meetings live or on-demand on our YouTube channel (@cluthadistrictcouncil8457).

Agendas can be viewed here or at your local community library at least two days prior to the meeting date.
