Notification & Schedule of May 2026 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of May 2026 will be as follows:
- Youth Council: Monday 4 May commencing at 5.00pm.
- Council Meeting - Annual Plan Hearings: Thursday 7 May commencing at 9.00am.
- Council Meeting - Annual Plan Decisions: Tuesday 19 May commencing at 9.00am.
- Council Meeting - Annual Plan Decisions: Thursday 21 May commencing at 9.00am (if required).
- Council Workshop: Thursday 28 May commencing at 8.45am.
- Council Meeting: Thursday 28 May commencing at 1.30pm.
Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
