Change to consultation dates for the 2026/27 Annual Plan
Clutha District Council is preparing to open consultation for the 2026/27 Annual Plan.
Consultation on the Draft Annual Plan will open on Saturday, 28 March 2026 and the feedback period will run for one month, closing on Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
In a Council Workshop held in February, it had been proposed that consultation on the Annual Plan for 2026/27 would begin next week. However, Council yesterday approved a change to the Annual Plan timetable, slightly delaying the consultation period due to time and resourcing restraints.
Consultation on the Draft Annual Plan is an opportunity for residents, ratepayers and stakeholders to have your say on the things that matter to you. As well as requesting general feedback, there will be specific questions included to help gain feedback from the public about topics like rates, rural water, and the Milton Centennial Pool hours for 2026/27.
People are encouraged to provide their feedback online via our website when consultation opens later this month. Alternatively, hard copy feedback forms will be available at Council’s Rosebank office, our local Community Libraries, or the Clutha District isite Information Centre.
Keep an eye on our Facebook page or website in the coming weeks to find out more and get involved.
