Public notice is given that an extraordinary meeting of the Council is to be held as follows:
Thursday 26 March at 1.30pm.
The business to be transacted is:
- To adopt the Annual Plan Consultation Document.
The above meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.
