Notification & Schedule of November 2025 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of November 2025 will be as follows:
- West Otago Community Board Inaugural Meeting: Wednesday 5 November at the West Otago Community Centre, 1 Suffolk Street, Tapanui commencing at 5.30pm.
- Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board Inaugural Meeting: Thursday 6 November at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 5.30pm.
- Youth Council: Monday 10 November commencing at 5pm.
- Council Workshop - Thursday 13 November at 8.45am
- Council Meeting - Thursday 13 November at 1:30pm
- West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 19 November at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.
- Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 19 November at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.
- Risk & Assurance Meeting - Thursday 20 November at 1pm
Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
