Notification & Schedule of October 2025 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of October 2025 will be as follows:
- West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 1 October at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.
- Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 1 October at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.
- Risk and Assurance Committee: Recommending to Council to adopt the Annual Report: Thursday 9 October commencing at 1.30pm.
- Council Meeting: Adopting the Annual Report: Thursday 9 October following the Risk and Assurance Meeting.
- Inaugural Council Meeting 2025-2028 Triennium: Thursday 30 October commencing at 7.00pm.
Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
