Notification & Schedule of September 2025 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of September 2025 will be as follows:
- Corporate & Policy Committee: Thursday 4 September commencing at 1.30pm.
- Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Thursday 4 September following The Corporate & Policy Committee.
- Regulatory & Community Committee: Thursday 4 September following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.
- Committee of the Whole (if required): Thursday 4 September following the Regulatory & Community Committee.
- Council Meeting: Thursday 18 September commencing at 1.30pm.
- Youth Council: Monday 29 September commencing at 5.00pm.
Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
