Notification & Schedule of August 2025 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of August 2025 will be as follows:
- Public Excluded Council Workshop – Mt Cooee Options Update (under A2(h) of Council’s Standing Orders): Wednesday 6 August commencing at 10.30am.
- Council Meeting: Wednesday 6 August commencing at 1.30pm.
- Extraordinary Council Meeting (to be confirmed): Wednesday 13 August commencing at 1.30pm.
- Youth Council Meeting: Monday 18 August commencing at 5.00pm.
- West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 20 August at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.
- Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 20 August at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.
- Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 28 August commencing at 9.30am.
Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
