Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of July 2025 will be as follows:

Youth Council: Monday 7 July commencing at 5.00pm.
West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 9 July at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.
Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 9 July at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.
Council - Southern Water Done Well Decisions Meeting: Thursday 10 July commencing at 1.30pm.
Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 24 July commencing at 9.30am.
Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Thursday 24 July commencing at 1.30pm.
Regulatory & Community Committee: Thursday 24 July following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.
Corporate & Policy Committee: Thursday 24 July following the Regulatory & Community Committee.
Committee of the Whole (if required): Thursday 24 July following the Corporate & Policy Committee.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
