West Otago Health Trust - Nomination of Trustees
Nominations are invited for two vacancies on the West Otago Health Trust, in accordance with the West Otago Health Trust’s Trust Deed, which requires the two longest serving trustees to retire each year.
Candidates must provide a personal profile with their nomination.
Nominations close on Friday 6 June 2025.
Nomination forms are available at the Tapanui Community Library at Suffolk Street, Tapanui, or by contacting Council by email: help.desk@cluthadc.govt.nz.
