Notification and Schedule of June 2025 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of June 2025 will be as follows:

Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 12 June commencing at 9.30am.
Regulatory & Community Committee: Thursday 12 June commencing at 1.30pm.
Corporate & Policy Committee: Thursday 12 June following the Regulatory & Community Committee.
Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Thursday 12 June following the Corporate & Policy Committee.
Committee of the Whole (if required): Thursday 12 June following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.
Local Water Done Well Hearings: Wednesday 18 June commencing at 9.00am.
Council Meeting: Thursday 26 June commencing at 1.30pm.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
