Notification and schedule of May 2025 meetings

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of May 2025 will be as follows:

Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 1 May commencing at 9.30am.

Corporate & Policy Committee: Thursday 1 May commencing at 1.30pm.

Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Thursday 1 May following the Corporate & Policy Committee.

Regulatory & Community Committee: Thursday 1 May following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.

Committee of the Whole (if required): Thursday 1 May following the Regulatory & Community Committee.

Council Meeting: Monday 5 May commencing at 4.00pm.

Annual Plan Decisions Meeting: Thursday 15 May commencing at 9.00am.

Council Meeting: Thursday 15 May commencing at 1.30pm.

Youth Council: Monday 26 May commencing at 5.00pm.

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 28 May at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 28 May at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Agendas can be viewed at www.cluthadc.govt.nz/agendas or at your local community library.
