We have receive notice that a fix for the outage has been implemented and the results are being monitored. Some terminals have been reported to be back online. We advise customers to continue to have cash or bank transfer option as a back up for the rest of the day if you're wanting to make a payment with Council in person today.

Please note that the Wordline/Paymark network is currently experiencing a nationwide outage. This means that any EFTPOS terminals operating on this network will be temporarily unable to process payments.
In the meantime, if you are wanting to make a payment with Council in person, please bring cash or our staff will be able to assist with a bank transfer.
