Stage One 'Summer Mode' Water Restrictions

Stage One 'Summer Mode' restrictions mean that watering is restricted to between the hours of 8pm and 8am only. This means that watering systems and sprinklers may be used during these times, but should not be left unattended and the occupier must ensure that water is not being used wastefully.

To find out about exemptions, or for more tips about conserving water, please click here.

Restricted Rural Fire Season

A restricted fire season in currently in force for the entire Clutha District. This means you need a permit for any fires in the open air; the few exceptions include barbeques. Please click here for more information.
