Clutha District Council - Smokefree and Vapefree Survey 2020

The Clutha District Youth Council led the establishment of the current Clutha District Council Policy on Somkefree Public Places.

As this was some time ago the Youth Council decided at their meeting held on the 7 September this year to review this policy.

A first step in this process was to undertake a survey of as many Clutha District residents to determine the community opinion towards smoking in public places. It was also decided to include vapeing as well.

The survey is known as the Clutha District Youth Council Smokefree and Vapefree Survey 2020 which closed January 2021.

The Youth Council will collate the survey responses and use the information to help review this policy.
