Notification & Schedule of August 2026 Meetings
(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)
Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of August 2026 will be as follows:
West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 5 August at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.
Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 5 August at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.
Council Workshop: Thursday 20 August commencing at 8.45am.
Council Meeting: Thursday 20 August commencing at 1.30pm.
Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

Agendas can be viewed at www.cluthadc.govt.nz/agendas or at your local community library at least 2 days prior to the meeting date.
