Notification & Schedule of July 2026 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of July 2026 will be as follows:

  • Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 23 July commencing at 9.30am.
  • Council Meeting: Thursday 23 July commencing at 1.30pm.
  • Youth Council: Monday 27 July commencing at 5.00pm.
  • Council Workshop: Thursday 30 July commencing at 8.45am.

Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

We livestream all Council and Committee meetings for the Clutha District Council that are held in the Council Chambers. You can watch these meetings live or on-demand on our YouTube channel (@cluthadistrictcouncil8457).

Agendas can be viewed here or at your local community library at least two days prior to the meeting date.
