Residents invited to participate in Council's satisfaction survey
Clutha District residents invited to share their feedback in satisfaction survey
Clutha District residents are invited to participate in our annual Resident Satisfaction Survey, beginning Tuesday 9 June until Wednesday 24 June.
The survey collects feedback on a wide range of services provided by the Clutha District Council, including roads, public toilets, libraries, water services and more.
The Curiosity Company, a research firm, will be contacting residents at random to gather responses. An online survey will also be available via our website at www.cluthadc.govt.nz/resident-survey when it opens tomorrow.
The survey is for feedback on council services only, residents will never be asked for bank account or financial details.
Steve Hill, Clutha District Council CEO, emphasised the importance of the survey.
“This is an opportunity for our communities to share their thoughts and opinions with us.”
“The feedback we receive is valuable, as it helps us understand how residents feel we are doing with the services we provide. It also allows us to identify areas for improvement and celebrate our successes."
“We want to encourage residents to take part in the survey if they are contacted, as it will give us insights into how the community feels about Council and the work we do.”
The survey results will help guide decision-making and ensure that the Council is continually meeting the needs of our residents. All feedback is appreciated and will contribute to enhancing the quality of services we provide.
A full report of feedback received will be available on our website in early August.
