Temporary Road Closure - Otago Rally

PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, Schedule 10 (clause 11e), Notice is given that the Clutha District Council, for the purpose of the Otago Rally, proposes to close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.

| Douglas Road | South Boundary Roadto Barnes Road | 7.30am to 12.30pm |
| Barnes Road | Douglas Road to Fort Hill Road | 7.30am to 12.30pm |
| Fort Hill Road | Barnes Road to Jensen Road | 7.30am to 12.30pm |
| Taieri Beach Road | Finlayson Road to Akatore Road | 12.30pm to 5.30pm |
Any person objecting to the proposal is called upon to lodge notice of his/her objection and grounds thereof in writing before Friday 17 March 2023 to the office of the Clutha District Council, Rosebank Terrace, (PO Box 25) Balclutha.
