Second instalment 2022/23 rates

Ratepayers of the Clutha District Council are reminded that the last day for payment of the second instalment of 2022/23 rates is 25 November 2022. A 10% statutory penalty will be imposed on any outstanding rates remaining unpaid after this date.

Payments may be made direct to council community libraries situated at:

Owaka - 10 Campbell Street, Owaka

Tapanui - Suffolk Street, Tapanui

Milton - 124-126 Union Street, Milton

Clutha I-Site – 1 John Street, Balclutha

Lawrence - 5 Peel Street, Lawrence

Rosebank Office - 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha

Arrangements may be made to pay rates weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly by contacting the Rates Department at District Office.
