Temporary road closure - Pounawea New Year's street party

PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, Schedule 10 (clause 11), Notice is given that the Clutha District Council, for the purpose of New Year’s street party, proposes to close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.

Any person objecting to the proposal is called upon to lodge notice of his/her objection and grounds thereof in writing before Friday 9 th December 2022 to the office of the Clutha District Council, Rosebank Terrace, PO Box 25, Balclutha 9240.
