Resident Satisfaction Survey
Clutha District residents will have the chance to rate Council’s performance during the annual resident satisfaction survey which kicks off Thursday, April 15.
The telephone survey will be conducted by Research First and will run for the next few weeks.
Mayor Bryan Cadogan said Council appreciated people taking the time out of their busy lives to answer the survey.
“Council only exists to reflect our residents wishes, and our primary barometer to our performance is to ask our residents what they think,” Mayor Cadogan said.
Council’s strategic planning manager Larissa Brown said residents would be able to give feedback about a wide range of council services, including roads, public toilets, libraries and more.
There was also an opportunity to give feedback on Council’s priorities for the district in the upcoming long term plan, she said.
“I encourage people to take part as the results play a valuable role in allowing us to understand where we need to do better and plan for the future,” Mrs Brown said.
