Council Meetings - held at 1.30 pm
Meetings are usually held at the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha (unless otherwise stated). Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Extra meetings including hearings can be scheduled on a as needed basis throughout the year. These are published and can be read on Council's News and Public Notices.

Standing Committees - held at 1.30 pm
Meetings are usually held at the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha (unless otherwise stated). Members of the public are welcome to attend.
The three Standing Committee meetings are Corporate and Policy (formerly Corporate and Property), Regulatory and Community (formerly Regulatory and Policy) and Infrastructure, Strategy and Operations (formerly Service Delivery). Each of these standing committees takes a turn at opening first, with the other two commencing at the conclusion of the previous meetings. The timing of each committee meeting depends on how long the previous meeting takes.
