| June 2020 | Reinstatement fencing along Edwards Engineering Ltd/SH 1 boundary completed.
Street lights programmed to be installed by PowerNet mid June. NZTA approved advisory signage due to be installed once signs are manufactured and delivered to site. Slip lane is now in full use. |

| 24/05/2019 | Provincial Growth Fund announces they will invest $200k to help build a slip lane off State Highway One to enable large trucks and other vehicles to safely exit the highway and access the Rosebank Industrial Park. |
