Heriot & Moa Flat RWS - Disruption to supply

Consumers on the Moa Flat RWS & Heriot RWS may experience disruption to their supply due to low reservoir levels.

This is due to the plant experiencing mechanical UV issues and a suspected leak in the distribution. Our team is working on getting the plant up and running again, however it will take time for the reservoir to replenish.

We are asking consumers to report any leaks they notice or let us know if they experience loss of water supply to help narrow down the search area.
