FOR THE VERY YOUNG
Wriggle & Rhyme
Balclutha public library presents Wriggle & Rhyme at the Balclutha Parents' Centre, 6 John Street (upstairs).
Sessions that are aimed at children from 0-2 and guide parents through movement activities that they can use at home.
Mondays at 10.00 am during the school terms. FREE
Active movement provides positive movement experiences for young children to stimulate the development of the brain and body, building the foundations for pre-literacy and learning.
Brick Club - After School Programme
Brick Club runs every Wednesday during school terms from 3.45pm-4.45pm, for children aged 5- 13 and is FREE.
All equipment is supplied and after each session all of the creations will be displayed in the library.

Clutha Corps Video Gaming events are being held throughout the year on Saturdays at the Balclutha Library.
$20 per person for three hours.
- Ages: 8-12 years 12pm-3pm.
- Ages 13-17 years 3:30pm-6:30pm.
All equipment provided, 20 computers with PS4 and Xbox One controllers.

Device Drop In
Bring along your electronic devices and your passwords. Clutha District Librarians are available to make life a little easier for you. Please phone ahead and make a booking at your local branch, or click the link below. Device Drop In sessions are free and held at all 5 Libraries.

Better Digital Futures
Better Digital Futures are not classrooms but friendly discussion groups. A librarian leads the session and everyone has the opportunity to ask questions or contribute. All levels of expertise are welcomed. Bring your own device or use equipment available at your local library.
