Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of April 2017 will be as follows: Property & Forestry Committee: Thursday 6 April commencing at 10.30am. Council Meeting: Thursday 6 April commencing at 1.30pm. West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 19 April at the St John Ambulance Rooms, Suffolk Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 19 April at Lawrence Service Centre commencing at 3.00pm. Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
