Request for service

Please use the request for service form if you have any issues with Council services or ring us anytime on 0800 801 350.

If you need to make an inquiry or if you have any issues with Council services, the first thing you should do is contact one of our offices or use the request for service form above. This is called lodging a service request with Council. Making a service request means your query is logged in the system and passed on the right staff member or contractor for a response. It also makes any necessary follow-ups much easier.

We like to know as soon as we can about any problems or to answer any questions, so please don't hesitate to contact us. 0800 801 350 is also our after-hours number for any urgent matters.
