Corporate Services Administrator

We are looking for a suitable applicant to provide high quality support to Corporate Services, one of the three main divisions of the Clutha District Council.

The Corporate Services Administrator will prepare agendas, take minutes and manage all related correspondence for the Corporate Services Committee, various subcommittees and the community boards. In addition you will provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services Manager and the department.

While previous secretarial work experience is preferred, a person who has tertiary training and an interest in the field of local government will be considered.

Records Assistant 

We are seeking someone to assist with the Council's electronic documents and records management system. A relevant qualification and experience is preferable but if you are prepared to learn about records management, we will provide the training.

Both jobs are full time and require excellent keyboard, computer and organisational skills and a commitment to providing first class customer service. The successful candidates will be offered market-related pay based on qualifications and experience.
