Property/map info available online

Clutha District Council is pleased to advise it now has property/map information publicly available online.

By visiting www.cluthadc.govt.nz, people can access maps and aerial photographs of properties in the Clutha District, as well as other basic property information.

This includes the legal description of a property, property boundaries, the land area and rateable value of a property, and the total rates for the current financial year.

Customers can also view services such as water and sewer pipes and get a better perspective of what else is in the vicinity of a property they are looking to purchase, for example.

The information, including an aerial photograph of the property, can be saved or printed by the customer.

The map/property service is best viewed using a broadband Internet connection and may not work efficiently for dial-up users due to the large amount of information which needs to be downloaded.
