Lawrence Service Centre/Library refurbishment complete
Refurbishments to the Lawrence Service Centre and Library are now complete, which will mean a closure of the offices on Monday and Tuesday to allow for services to be shifted back into the main office space.
Services have been operating out of the Council Chambers for the past month while the refurbishments have taken place.
The work, undertaken by R & D Barkman Builders of Waitahuna, includes new entry doors, the ‘opening up’ of library and office space to make it more user friendly, and new paint and carpet.
Staff will be setting up in the refurbished office space on Monday 10 August and Tuesday 11 August, and normal hours will resume from 8.30am on Wednesday 12 August. |
