Monday 14 April 2008 Library to hold school holiday craft programme Clutha District Library is encouraging all local children with a creative streak to take part in its upcoming School Holiday Craft Programme. The Library will be hosting two Decorate/Design your own Library Bag sessions one for children aged 5 10 years, while the other will be for children aged 11 or over. The first session for 5- 10-year-olds will be held on Tuesday 29 April from 10.45am to Noon, while the second session for children aged 11 and above will be held on Wednesday 30 April from 1.45pm 3pm. The cost of $2 per child is to cover the cost of the calico bags supplied. Anyone wanting to register to take part should contact the Clutha District Library on 03 418 1677 as numbers are limited. Branch libraries at Lawrence, Milton, Owaka and Tapanui will also be holding school holiday craft programmes and anyone wanting to take part should contact their nearest library.
