In submitting this form, I
agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. An application to use
the regional identity logo (NZ trademark 758178) for approval must be made
for each reproduction.
2. The user must follow any
specifications as to colours, quality of reproductions etc that may be
given out by Clutha District Council / Enterprise Clutha from time to time
as set out in the regional identity guidelines.
3. The Clutha District
Council/Enterprise Clutha may withdraw the logo at any time on reasonable
notice.
4. The Clutha Country brand
cannot be reduced for retail purposes.
5. All reproduction of the
Clutha Country brand must be proofed by the Clutha District Council /
Enterprise Clutha before reproduction.
